AIDA Worlds Team Shirts Available
We've had some interest in the Team Shirts that were worn by our Freedivers who attended the 2011 Worlds so we've decided to put some short sleeve copies of these fantastic shirts up for sale for a very limited time. Thank you to Kathryn Nevatt for making this possible.

Training Tips
Training Technique
Level: Intermediate
In any kind of training session, if you are working on technique don't try and do too many things at once. Pick one aspect of technique - the position of your hands, the amplitude of the kick, the distance between your knees, the angle of your monofin in the glide - and work on that until you know you have it right. It is better to master one piece of the puzzle rather than trying to work on several pieces and not getting anywhere with any of them.
Pick your worst aspect of technique - your Achilles Heel in freediving - and resolve to turn it into your strongest point! If you focus all your attention in one or several training sessions you will quickly start to see results.
This is the 'process-oriented' method that will take you a lot further and more quickly than if you are goal-oriented, and try and to get to the finish line in each and every session.
Detach yourself from results, focus on the process and you can only be pleasantly surprised!
